After a 'soft' opening the last few weekends, Cave Creek Sandwich Company is now open for business to all, with regular hours, this Thursday. After a year of pop-up service, we now have a mobile food trailer and consistent location, ready to serve.

We are located at 26 Rattlesnake Canyon Rd, the frontage road along Hwy 80, entering at the Desert Museum. There will be clear signage, we are the last driveway on the right before the road gets rough.

We do have a residential neighbor and share the road, we ask that you drive slowly to avoid kicking up dust while we work on some dust abatement.

If you are new or haven't tried our offerings, we serve coffee and pastries, breakfast and lunch, focus is on classic and unique, regional and international street foods.

We do not have indoor seating and table service, but do have a small waiting area and room to put down a quick bite, a scenic parking area for lunch, or just grab something for takeout.

We are still available and currently booked for offsite events and large private orders, which may affect our regular hours.
