Our 'pop-up' location is at the Chiricahua Desert Museum patio, we will be set up towards the back. Forecast is for cold and rain, so come and get a coffee and croissant, a hot,gooey sandwich or breakfast burrito with real green chile! Open 8am-1pm New Mexico time.

Just to set expectations, we will be set up as a mobile food stand, basically a food truck without wheels. Come and grab a quick bite for takeout, or have a quick street food style meal on the patio. We are not a full service-restaurant, and the Desert Museum/Event Center has graciously allowed us to contract with them for the location. We're aiming for quality quick food with quality ingredients, local products like WhiteBarn Beef and Wind Dancer Farm veggies. 

There is a menu attached below and we should be accepting all forms of payment. In true street food style we will be open until items sell out, if we are fortunate enough!
